We work closely with the customers from concept to commissioning. Our journey begins with the customers from testing understanding their requirements and conceiving the project. Further progress is taken care of by our project team by providing a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at our premises either through client’s online inspection or direct inspection.
The onsite activities such as installation, software development and commissioning are also taken up by our site team to complete the projects. The projects are handed over after satisfactory trials with complete documentation and we continue to support the customer in their further activities with our service team by supporting them with Breakdown services and also offering Annual Maintenance Contracts for the equipment’s.
VALAN Industries carry out Testing of C & R Panels up to 400KV System. Our team is well versed in C & R panel testing and guided by experts people having huge experience in the field of C & R Panels testing.
The Job involves
- Inspection of Panels for validating the GA & GTP.
- Checking of Wiring as per Wiring Schedule.
- Checking of Scheme with AC/DC Power Supply.
- Checking of CT / VT circuits by Secondary Injection Testing.
- Secondary Injection Testing of Relays and Meters.
- HV Testing.
- Demonstration of above tests to Clients
